hey people my mates just got a 24inch imac thing is because its 1920x1200 we cant see the text or icons very good we sussed out the safari and firefox text pretty easy but what about system text any ides pwetty please :)

got me self a "usb mobile brodband" thingy (pay-g), a slim usb dvd rw drive ( ) ... and a usb extension from poundland

it all fits into the laptop bag!! and the macbookair is so light!! it doesn't feel like a lead weight on your shoulder when carrying it


i also put expee on it

Does the MacBook Air not have a DVD writer? Jeeez... You could've saved money and got a better featured normal MacBook which still looks awesome by the way.

are you a bit of a dumb ass? People buy a air for a different reason they buy a mbp, it is aimed at a different demographic which are not looking for speed and super high specs

i'm not a "power user". i use my laptop for internet and for the odd photoshop... the MBA does me fine... (also i have expee on it )


oh yes... i do have a more powerful laptop aswell

bootcamp lets you boot into windows...

parallels lets your run windows as a virtual OS while in OSX...

Crossover lets you run certain exes from OSX...

bootcamp sounds good to me, where do i get it from? and is it as simple as putting an windows xp disk in?

if you have leopard bootcamp is already there.. it's in utilities in applications...

and yeah it guides you through installing XP or Vista...
