Has anyone heard something new for Sweden ?
It was supposed to hit the stores this week. But that does't seem to happen... Or ??? |

Im not from Sweden so i cant be much help, but there are one or two Swedish people on this forum who claim to have a K700, as it was released early there.
Check the last 20 pages or so of this thread

Now you have a place where to buy it... and get it for real!!
It has the same price as the 7610... 629.99$
Hard decision... because the the 7610 has superior features comparing to the k700 with the exception that the k700 has radio and flashlight..
I think the display size its the same...
But in the othr hand... the 7610 is symbian 7.0, has 1mgapix camera, MMC slot.. with 64MB Reduced Size MultiMediaCard (MMC) , and USB cable, both last included!!..

I love sony ericsson... but we have to accept that the 7610 is better than the k700.
the 7610 its not that big and its sleek > 108.6 x 53 x 18.7 mm
the k700 its way smaller> 99 x 46 x 20 mm
But considering all the things included in the 7610... i think its worth it...

I think 7610 is buttugly and it doesn´t have stereo mp3 playback!! |

i think thats way too high.
ive found 4-5 swedish sites that already have it up for 4000-4500 SEK
now thats not cheap, but not expensive as well. its at the same price as the nokia 6230, maybe a bit cheaper!!!
thats what SE should be aimin at, the 6230... gettin a lower price its obvious that the k700 is a much better phone anyway! |

Some prices here for k700,z1010 and s700,all sim free
Btw,that cable looks a bit THICK for a headset,i got a hpm-10 mp3 and if thats anything to compare with it could well be a usb cable,we can only hope
Ps,would be nice to have our k700's firmware upgraded online with it too
If nobody wants it.. put it on eBay. |

Hi everybody, I will buy K700 when it release but I have a question:
Can I upgrade K700 with the MS duo reader or I have to wait until F700 release?
Listen to MP3 only with 32Mb may be a little for me.

I think you guys are crazy about the k7 00 after all its only a phone but when it will get up in the morning to make me breakfast then ill buy it.

for those of you who have a k700 is it possible to have mp3 ringtones. i was reading on the sony ericsson site that it can play mp3s but the only thing it mentions about ringtones is the 40 polyphonic. |

I'm happy to say you are wrong. the K700 will not be sold with 32MB. It has been upgraded to an enormous 41 MB Due to the removal of the " Pre-PLay" function, wich we really don't need.
Might not help to much for your Mp3 purpose, but it's still an upgrade

I looked at Webhallen in Stockholm last week and then it was said 8 June. This week they say 16 June i.e. next week. So who knows.
