Try lower down the brightness to 60% Above that is outdoor mode i think that's why it looks washed out... |

Well Tapas, It cannot be as bad as they are projecting. Sony is not a new company. They have proper testing teams who must have done their work... Don't worry you can definitely buy the phone, completely worth it. Like others are pointing the100% brightness is for outdoors for indoor use you need to keep it around 50-60%.
I am waiting for the product launch in Mumbai, India. Hoping to be one of the few early ones buying of this phone here.

Yeah i can check out my friend's phone or check it out in a store and theirs phone turns out to be good but what if my phone turns out a malfunction one OMG  after listening to king-james i'm really afraid... |

Samsung will be no different because s4 will use lcd display so the colours are not saturated like amoled and the viewing angles will suck... |

Heh, a very bold statement to make considering nobody has any insider information on their phones yet.
So you're saying LCD screens suck ? they dont, you just need to use a higher quality one on your flagship devices which Sony clearly has not.
I know you guys think im all against Sony but im really not. I support them whole heartedly, moreso now they've announced the Playstation 4. I just cant bury my head in the sand and support their inferior products. Early reports of the HTC One suggest its camera isnt special but its chipset murders the Z's. So, Sony arent the only ones cutting corners.

Someone raised a question about the heat generated on XZ. How good/bad is it?
If I play a 3D game on Arc S, in 15mins there's a lot of heat generated. Is it same with XZ?

Ok Im doing some tests with battery life.
( Battery test is not complete yet., more accurate results will be ready on Monday) And I want to tell you guys for now I can say the battery life with out STAMINA mode is very good.
All day from morning until now I'm using my phone every 5 min. Pictures, videos, internet, games, apps....long story short the phone was on very active use.
(I did so many restarts also)
Now guys pay attention to grey UI colors (background)  
When you put screen at maximum brightness, it begins to seem that black color looks greyish !
But after looking closely you realize that this is dark grey color . You may have at first look a illusion of bad screen. But again it just grey UI. (why sony did that ?!).
