Oh brilliant, it seems attachment of word documents is working  brilliant..... mind u its stuck at 0% download guess a few tech glitches

Actually it is working, just was not working on emails sent before the update this is excellent finally.

I'm getting HTML and I ain't had to delete or reset jack! 
I've also got BB Media Sync to work, photos in due course!
I've just added my live.co.uk addy to bb and yes I have to sign in every 90days but out of my three hotmail/live accounts it is the only one of which will actually send AND receive!

Well I got it as well, but the setting was not available for me to allow it to download HTML automatically. So had to resend the config.
But very happy with the doc downloads.

Deleted one of my e-mail addresses (the least important one of 5, in case it buggers up) and readded it, and no HTML option at all :/

@Daedalus85 try enabling the html option on your device.
messages - options - email settings. then select enable html email.
i have these options on my 8120 with t-mobile.

go into options - mms - change automatic retrieval to always not home.
try that, not sure if it works as i havnt recieved a mms.

doesn't even say MMS anywhere.......
I've got separate email and sms/mms boxes and the heading now just says SMS and not SMS and MMS.....

Andy: I havent got that option, or even that menu. I think my version of 4.5 is pre-release, I guess I need to get a newer one
