Ho ho ho etc...Wanqa Claus is coming..to town..! LOL

It's an absolute pleasure, boet. When I still lived in SA, I remember getting so miffed by magazine (and other promotional) freebies not being granted to overseas readers, and vowed that if ever I live in the UK, I'll do what I can to ensure that the people in SA who appreciate such merchandise/memorabilia etc can also have access to these.

Glad you like the selection of Symbian-related freebies.

The rest who PM'd me postal addresses, start checking your post boxes, LOL...oh and fingers crossed that it arrives all intact too.

Absolutely, Hobbs I've been playing since late August, really enjoying it. I usually play during that period of time between arriving at work and the morning boring aka morning moan-and-groan which masquerades as a meeting. LOL, sometimes gprs lets me down very badly, but one morning it really dropped me in the worst possible way... Had just completed the quiz, submitted my answers when the 3G icon simply disappeared... and stayed missing for the ENTIRE day! When it reappeared more than 6 hours later my time was something like 22000 seconds! A perfect 10 but by far the lowest score ever for a ten, lol

@ Gucci, you've got mail

Speaking of formatting your phone, don't forget to back up your contacts... If you have your menu set up the way you like it, you could also copy the applications.dat file to the mmc, as well as your bookmarks, notepad.dat file, etc. In fact, it's probably a good idea to create a backup of your phone's memory once you've set it up the way you like it and it's running flawlessly, saves you many headaches later on. I zip up the applications.dat, backup.arc, bookmarks.dat, notepad.dat files once a week and upload them to my email addy, where they should be safe in perpetuity (or so the wise men at gmail say...) Also, if you're using Netfront and Opera Mini, it's a good idea to backup those bookmarks and ini files. In the case of Netfront the ini file is 101f53e2.ini, and the Opera Mini bookmarks are contained in the rms.db file, which should be in your midlets folder.

Download the latest Winamp 5.5. if you a music fundi.Album art is now available and with Classic and Modern comes a new player or mode called Bento (my favourite) And the Visualisations, dont get me started. No media player can beat Winamps visualisatėon.I wish I could project them 3dimensionally around the room.Throw in some audio plug-ins and you away.Try it out guys.Winamp 5.5 rocks! Mines licenced so I have no limitations.See i spend some money when the product is worthy.Looks like im going to have to spend USD23.44 to get my Core Player Wangs. My Russian guy must have drank himself to death cause Ive got nothing back from him yet.Still holding thumbs though.

Goooooood Friday morning, Jojo.
You're up early this morning. Still enjoying the P990i? Wish the P1i also had a flip keypad, but like most things in life, you can't have everything, I guess. Any plans for the weekend?
