Ok HTML email is working for me, when you open the email you need to click on the bb key and then say Load All Images.
You will need to setup your email account in BIS and then it will activate the option to receive html email in email settings.

I think what you did is when you installed you backed up and reinstalled the same problem.
1) Wipe BB with JavaLoader
2)Remove all OS installs
3)Reboot
4)Install 4.5
5)And try it again
Long but be careful with JavaLoader.

Did you delete your email account on BIS and reset it up? It needs to send a new option to the BB.

I haven't got HTML on mine yet either, nor the option to add it online, but if I delete them and re-add it it will work? |

@Fatreg
I thought there was now a Windows Live client for BB or has it not arrived yet? Never had that request but then mine is an active account, or are you saying just for your BB you now need to?
Marc

Just for my BB it would appear Marc...
which is a bit of a sh!tter, been using my hotmail account close to 2 years with no issues at all.. I best not have to activate it every 90 days or I'll be well hacked off... I've had a hotmail account for like 10 years now.....
@ Nanu.. Ta! and at a decent speed! woooooooo

Yup just delete it and then add and you will have the option.
