@ Hobbster,
Shot boet, thanks for that. I've been extremely busy today and have hardly had a chance to check in here.
Off to another meeting in a few minutes, but will certainly try that out after the meeting and let you know how it performs.

@ Hobbster,
The 'Transitions' setting on the P1i was already 'off'. It's not dog slow or even earlier S60 slow, just seems slightly less responsive than the P900; nothing that drastic at all really. Might notice a difference when I get a later firmware update, but its current state's not really gonna bother me.

Sorry about the pic on the granny with CRUMPLED-thigh/leg-skin dude . . . looks like she forgot to IRON it before going BOTTOMLESS
@HUBS - I have my TRANSITIONS-setting (P990i) ON but NOT experiencing some slow-motion with the processor dude I have the 2nd to the latest firmware though I am havin' some problems with the battery (stand by time: 3 days-almost just for sending SMS and a few calls). So I've adjusted the BRIGHTNESS-settings (LDC) to just 60%.
@jk - That looks like Dayanarra Torres (a shortwhile foreign actress at my end / Miss Universe). She's the ex-wifey of Marc Anthony (singer) the hubby of J-Lo at the moment . . .

3 days Jojo isnt a problem as far as Im concerned.Mine last a day and a half with heavy internet/wi-fi usage and music listening. Its the internet browsing that kills my battery.Suprisingly enough i can listen to hours of music at high volumes and only loose a bar or two, unlike my 6680 that died in half a day.@ wangga Install Autocam or Capture Screen (takes screenshots) Opera mini, you cant live without it on a cell-phone.its the best.I only use the Default Opera when using Wi-fi cause its too costly.

Gawd, this time of the year everything seems to be a little more hectic than usual. Toss in a prizegiving to arrange, the passing of my favourite aunt, funeral arrangements to be made and it unfortunately adds up to very little online time.
I'm not superstitious, merely mildly stitious. |
