A herd you say? Must be serrated elephant badgers then, as normal ones come in packs. (cling film packs perhaps?)

What you need is a "fullus englishus breakfastus" a rare breed (the pure breds are). Well known for their micraculous healing properties.

Vlam, fairy nuff, getting up before 2 on a saturday is an acheivement, i think you should reward yourself with more laziness

twas actually a herd of long-tusked wildebadgers, and they looked angry!

unfortunately the fullus-english-breakfastus is almost extinct in these parts, so very little chance of me catching one this morning (hunting season is normally sundays!)
