IF an item is shipped from & to UK then there's no import tax as it not importing.

AdHoc = direct play between 2 or more PSPs
Infrastructure = play via WiFi on PC over t'internet around the world.

Then thats playing over the internet & not directly between two PSPs.
Hence, infrastructure.

TUNNELING = AD Hoc
Tunneling TRICKS the psp into thinking the PC is another PSP therefore it uses adhoc
Infrastructure = No USE OF A PC, infrastructure goes directly to the net using access point / router
