There is a rumor going on that we may see a upgraded version of XA1 in ifa. The phone may come with larger display (5.5 inch ) and a fingerprint scanner.  |

Shouldnt we see som more leaks by now? I know its only two days away for the official release but we usually se full specs the dag before. Its a tradition so to speak.
I cant remember where i read it but the rumourd third device could be a slim 18:9 mid range phone. Wich, if true, sounds very intresting. |

There should be lots of leaks by now, I particularly want to see the Compact specs.
If they were to release a mid-range 18:9 device, that certainly would be very interesting. Although, I doubt Sony would make such a 'bold' move. They're too conservative with their designs and like to play it safe, unfortunately.

That's super fake. It's a concept I saw on youtube. The design may look pretty but it's not practical. It'll literally cut your hand/fingers.
Anyway, I hope the rumored upgraded XA1 is true. With bigger screen, bigger battery (atleast 3300 mAh) and updated front facing camera would be sweet. Sony really need to put bigger battery in their phones. They were able to squeeze decent battery out of it but still 2300mAh ish battery in XA1 is a joke. Just image how much battery they can achieve with bigger battery. They need something really great in their phone to stand out.
In 2014, Sony's phones have great battery life ( up to 2 days), great camera and unique design.
in 2017, Sony's phones have same dated design, lost their legendary battery status and camera now lags behind their competitions.
Sony needs to go back to the basics. The design, the camera, the battery life.

I think there could be a few new android wear devices at IFA considering that a new Apple watch is also due, most designer brands now have android wear devices so I'm hoping that Sony show up with g forward to s. I'm eagerly awaiting the Compact spec sheet, I really hope that its waterproof because I need waterproof devices for work. Also looking to see what Android O looks like, I really want to see some options to hopefully theme it properly so we don't suffer with the white menus. I think the press images for the mid ranger will leak today or tomorrow. |
