did he mean there is an updated R1L or update to R1L fromR2A?? anyway...i have noticed my phone crashes a lot lesser with R1L but it takes ages to load once restarted....

I think updated R1L is what he means. My K750 hasn't crashed on R1L (five days) yet crashed twice on R1J in the 8 hours I had R1J. Time will tell though.... |

Why can I not upgrade to R1L with a Orange locked K750i. I went from R1A to R1J but it said this was the latest version, yet my sim free one has R1L on it.

How did you manage to upgrade a locked Orange phone? I've tried many times but failed. I go through the process but when it should start downloading there is nothing (the area where the instrutions are goes blank). I've left it like that for up to 30 minutes. This may be related because I've also followed the instructions to install the update driver but pressing 'c' does not invoke the 'new hardware found' wizard when plugging the phone in. Has anyone else had difficulty with this? |
