I don't particularly like sweet stuff, a good balance of salty, bitter, spicy (not too hot), sour. So far I've only tried Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, and Persian food.

My favorite so far are Japanese Sushi - specially Uni (insides of sea urchin) and Salmon. I also like Unagi Kabayaki (Marinated/steamed/grilled Eel) and dishes with sea shells (clam, oyster, mussels, scallops, etc) -- In one of my favorite Italian restaurants here they have this "Seafood Salad" where sea shells and shrimps are baked and mixed together with some cheesy sauce - I really love that too!
resistance is futile.

Unfortunately no. There are no Indian restaurants that I know of here and I haven't been to India yet.
resistance is futile.

You could say that, but I don't eat octopus, some varieties of fish with fine bones, sharks and mermaids!
