Dont forget to sync your contacts, bookmarks, tasks etc via bt to your new fone. Your sms messages will get lost, so if u have some important save on the sim.

aW CRAP! My post never appeared!
Well bob, I just came back from the center..they replaced the phone and battery! Yes only the contacts were important so I just copied to sim! This phone has the r3c fw! Few changes I noticed over r4c:
The display is less brighter and colors are more deeper
The sand clock in wap mode is smaller than before 
The keypad light is light blue not purple.
I'm posting few pics you be the judge!

Great! I am on wap, so how is the cam? How comes u dont have the latest fw? What did they say about the bug in the other fone, lens or fw?

Bob do check out the pics asap actually the line problem is solved to a great extent. But in low light still sometimes its faintly visible. Another guy was there with same phone even he had problem.

So its a general bug, as it sounds. Did u get a new charger too?

I saw the pix, much better compared to the others before, no line to see. What about the other modes?

After the first charge the battery will probably drain faster as usually, but its normal. After constantly use the batt performance will be better and better. Weird they hadnt newer fw.
