I have seen that t68i has a less better agenda than t68m so I wonder he your version has the same one as on t68i or not.And also,could you ask the guy,when he returns,he they also have a new XTEND AND MY PICTURES SOFTWARES OR NOT...Because the ones available are not very good...And can you send images from the phone to the computer via able?Thank you and sorry for the many questions.Just curious...

The thing that is bad with the agenda is that you can't no longer choose to make a task reoccur.
If you want a reminder every thursday at 9pm for example, you have to make that task your self on every thursday.
As it was with the "old" t68m version, you could choose to make the task reoccur every week, or month or so. Not any more.
I used this function quite alot, so I don't like the new calendar/agenda system too much =/
If there is a new my pictures you will find it at ericssons site, no use to ask such things.
They wouldn't hide it from you, so if there's a new program it is or will be avaliable.

what happens if your create a recurrent task/appointment/reminder in Outlook and then sync it with your T68i? does the phone calendar then have the recurrent tasks? let us know the result if you try this out cause I use the recurrent option a lot with my T68m.

When I bought the phone, I also ordered an infra red port.
But I didn't get the port working correctly, and I lost patience.
I can only get connection between my phone and ir port for a couple of seconds, so I can't sync it (or send pictures, or melodies or anything).
If somebody know what I should do to get it working, that would be nice.
But as it is at the moment I can't try if the recurrent option would work with outlook.

try setting the speed of your IR slower.. switch to 9600 and then slowly experiment with higher speeds... hope this helps you

.. I've tried.. but it can't find the phone
I've managed to send one pic through ir once, but ever since, it hasn't been working.
But if it found the phone then, that means that the right drivers are installed, so why can't it find it now?! |

Do u have windows xp? if so go to ---> start---->control panel--->
system-----> to tab "hardware"-----> and then you will see the device manager, select this and you will see a list of all your devices, check what the status of your IR device is. What i did was : uninstall the driver and re-install it and then in the properties of the IR-device i deselected the "automatic configuration" and from that moment on it always worked fine for me

I haven't managed to get the ir working.
Uninstalling the driver didn't work.
Any other ideas?
I found out another thing with the upgrade.. maybe.
A friend of mine sent me a pic, with pretty much white in it.
On my display, it looks white. On his display, it looks kinda dull.
We checked contrast. His contrast was even brighter than mine!
when we set the phones to same contrast (from the service menu), there was a big difference!
Apparently the new software provides a much brighter screen.
Which maybe explains why t68i screens seems much brighter.
Now i have 79 pictures, 3 imelodies made by myself which are over 3 minutes in duration!! =) and there's 547kb left in memory.
Not too bad!

hey elgato try this link on your t68(i) www.christersson.org/xhtml it should be wap 2.0/xhtml... then we will know if the software upgrade also gives us wap 2.0/xhtml support... |

ELGATO > About the T68i screen,...it is much brighter/clearer than the T68m. I can see this as well,..I have both phones with the same backgroundpicture
The IR thing : Whats the speed of the IR ? It should be 9600.

That means brighter screens with the upgrade.. kewl! =)
My ir speed is set to that.. even lower =/
But it can't find the phone, it's like it isn't there.. nothing happens

I get the page, but when I click the links I get to the site I wanted.. but it's blank.
Xept for the top, where it says "melodies" for example if I wanted melodies... =/ |

Hm.. that's why maybe SE FAQ on their site not mentioning WAP 2.0 upgrade for T68m, FYI I use same software like yours (R2B025) but this on T68i, and when I try Christersson site it's works, and I can download some ringtone and/or logo. |
