well, I think cheating like masseur did in that last post is not cool
it defeats the whole purpose of playing this game
but 999 post sounds liek a plan

yeah? what did I do?
edit: tranquil. if you believe I cheated somehow in that last game, as charged by fijbert, then by all means revoke the points and/or disqualify me from the competition.

As i said before, back2back posts in point scoring positions get a deduction, 5 points is about right. No point in doing it without stating in the rules tho. Put the rule in the next one.

I just checked through the last game and double posting only occurred after the game had finished, presumably when other people were still trying to get their reply submitted. wrath had a double post followed immediately by me but like I said, the game was already over by then.
I still don't see the problem.

I didn't think double posts in scoring positions counted at all!? Didn't they just count as 1 post in previous games?

thats correct wrath, vlam experienced that once I believe.
This is suddenly not so much fun methinks when someone is accused of cheating.

Thanks!
I am quite disheartened and dissolutioned now and am surprised that fijbert has not come back here to substantiate his claims.
oh well... its only a game I suppose so I'll let it go and let tranquil be the judge of all this.
See you all tomorrow for the final instalment of this game.

Don't let it worry you too much masseur.
I remember I was quite annoyed when ppl suggested I double posted on purpose that one time ( !!!) however in the end it's only a game
And we haf tranquil as a referee anyway.
the way I see it it has been both fair and fun.... let's not get it ruined on the last day pls.

@masseur
Like you said, it's just a game, and you did nothing wrong, so you shouldn't let this get to you.

I thought this was all cleared up back when Vlam had the same accident in a point scoring situation. I'll SPELL it out for you. Due to the, at times, enormous pressure Playtime puts on the Esato server, doubble posts do appear. These posts do count in the line of posts, but when they appear in a point counting situation they do NOT count for the simple reason to avoid the possibility of one member getting 15 points in one round of Playtime. If I ask for reply number 10 only one person gets 10 points, but at the sime one person can get 2x5 points. So far I think it's clear enough. If the same person hits reply 9 and 10=5 points, 10 and 11=10 points. Ie: If doubble posts appear in a point counting possision only the first of those two (or 5 for that matter!) count. This is the way Playtime has worked all the time and will continue to work. If you are not happy with this it's a bit late to start moaning when there is only one day left of the game. @ Masseur and Vlam Nothing has changed!
