T610 to Z600 |

i think i'd like a z600, but then i look at where the camera lens is in relation to the centre of gravity of the phone and honestly don't believe i could take a photo without blur unless they use a different CCD/ CMOS with a faster response time.
the t610 in landscape mode, using an (albeit slightly off-)central lens and side camera button is close to ideal as regards layout.
maybe i am too shaky? for me i think the optimum site would be where have put the external LCD (as on the GD87) or in the spine (v200)...
now i can't decide, will have to try one to find out |

@dragontrumpetare
If the z600 i played with is representative, you won´t notice much difference i´m afraid..
On the other hand, i wasn´t too impressed by my Samsung V200 in the sun either, and that phone had the mother of all displays so far

I would assume that small problems on the T610 (like the headset crackle??) would be fixed on the Z600. Maybe that's just wishful thinking but I'd hope to at least get that sorted by
The screen to me makes sum difference too... as i solely use my phone outside.... gotta see the screen!

i usally don't like clamshells very much, but the Z600 looks quite good, but i agree the T610 looks more stylish. |

Not wishing to rock the boat TOO much, I think I'd go for a Z600 to replace my T68i.... it was the better screen and recpetion that sold it to me (from the review at mobile burn). Time to pretend I "lost" my T68i and get a replacement/upgrade off the insurance

I now have a t68i with click-on camera and i'm gonna wait the Z1010 because photo quality of Z600 is even less good than the camera of my t68i while photo quality of Z1010 is the same as the click-on camera of my good old t68i if I'm right?

the Z600 is released in Australia this week,it will be priced under the T610(which I have sold),in fact the T610 will have a "price restructure"(ie a increase in price),and the Z600 will slot in under it at $799 Srrp.
I have had a good play with the phone,it seems pretty durable,and like nokias(sorry)if you do scratch the exterior,just get a new cover-and it looks like new again...Im sold. |

No crackle. HB-60 works like a charm with the z600. |
