It's up to you what Hard Drive you get, The hdd in the Xbox is 10 gig as standard, So you don't have to get a new Hard Drive, But then you're need a DVD writter to copy the games,
But if you get a bigger hdd you will connect you're Xbox to your PC and tranfer the games over to the hard drive,

yep, read about it a while ago, will try and find the info. Just reading up about PS2 bband, the only hardware i need is a £40 PS2 network card, which is nice, and use my existing NTL bband. There's a game called SOCOM: Navy Seals that comes with a USB headset so u can actually talk to the other players, and even talk to the computer-controlled players!

i don't think u'll ever see Linux on XBox coz it's a micro$hite product, they'd never let you use a rival OS on it!, check the link http://www.linuxplay.com/

ok so you can on xbox, but u have to mod ur console and it's in no way supported by M$, whereas PS2 Linux comes with everything u need and is supported by Sony

but why would u want to? anyway modding ur xbox for linux (which u wouldnt want) is a small price to pay for decent graphics

PS2 has decent enuff graphics for most, not to mention a control pad that's actually smaller than your average family saloon
