Not sure if the T has a screen that is THAT much better? perhaps just better viewing angles over the S. in the straight on shot, the S seems to be the better of the two as far as brightness and sharpness. Color seems a bit better on the T but it's so dim, it's difficult to compare properly.

I have Xperia arc, and bout Xperia S to my wife and I don't have such a thing, it's HTC thing for sure.. if I clear the default then it's cleared...
Thanks, good to know. Now I don't have to worry running into that problem with Xperia.
I can't wait for the Xperia T/TX to be released. Now that knowing it will be released in the USA under AT&T, I don't have to care much about the US release and just buy the other Unlocked, region version. I'm actually liking the TX more than the T due to the removable battery, so I can get extra and not worry about stranded with a dead batt.
If it were to release at the end of Sept, normally when should the price substantially drop? a month or 2?
T-mobile USA network. Xperia x10i unlocked + 32GB / Xperia Neo Xperia TX LT29i Xperia Z C6606 Xperia L C2104 Xperia M Dual C2004 Currently using Xperia Z1s C6916 (T-Mobile USA)

I am still looking for someone to answer my question. I know that the T and TX have bands that support T mobile, so does that mean it will work on T mobile 3G/4G?
There is no encryption or anything I need to worry about signal wise if I buy an unlock model? |

Both phones isn't released yet, and there's even no manual for both and as usual contacting Sony will not give you the answer ( they will say just wait until they release it for T-Mobile )... so you have to wait longer as no body knows the answer

I contacted Sony Mobile regarding the availability, they said I have to contact the regional Sony Mobile for regional specific release and cost... so I contacted Sony Mobile Middle East and she said she doesn't know this information currently but she will contact me after an hour... after 3 hours she contacted me that I have to contact our local dealer Fakhro Electronics regarding availability and pricing... but at that time I already contacted them and they don't have any idea at all depends on How Sony Mobile manage the shipments... and cost will depend on final cost for the region which they don't know yet ( Will arrive along with the shipment ). but he suspected it will arrive later this month or early next month...
Personally I don't trust them, when Xperia arc launched, they kept saying after one week, after two weeks and next month but they didn't have it till after 6 months !!, it was launched in March and they didn't have it till September !!
They just don't know but just give us time to wait and keeps you waiting while they don't know really when they will have it !!

Globally the T/TX should be available by mid October. At least that's the info I have. Of course China already has it, Taiwan and Hong kong will follow and then UK/parts of Europe. In October rest of Asia, Australia, and Middle East.

I know this question is not suppose to be asked here but since you talking about the release time of T/TX I thought I'll ask you here itself. Do you know when is V releasing?

i am SO TORN!!!
i need a new phone badly.. but I can't justify spending $600 or more on a phone that i'll be very tempted to upgrade next year. the 2013 phones sound amazing even though they are still just rumors.
*pulls hair out*
