hmmm.. after debranding the phone. i no longer can repair the phone. i'm having the same problem as a previous user. where it'll say unable to download please check your internet settings. i tried installing pc companion on a completely new computer and also having the exact same problem. is it because i'm using the generic uk fw that's technically not available on the SEUS server yet?

and is there anyways to by pass the update step in the repair module? that seems to be what's stopping the flashing process from flashing to a different one i mean i don't mind using the uk fw. but i'm worried i will be unable to update the phone in the future.

does it really matter to get the X10a firmware? i've already debranded my X10a with the generic X10i firmware.

I have debranded using the x10a firmware just uploaded by LollyLost. My phone is debranded but the build still says 14? is that right? I thought it should be 16...

hmmm.... i want the new version since everyone is saying that it increases battery life and overall performance and call volume. Maybe I will flash it to the UK firmware.

let me know if you can flash it to any version ~ coz whenever i tried to flash to another version it'll tell me unable to download check your internet setting ~ i'm leaning towards thinking coz there's technically no generic uk version out on the market (unbranded x10i from uk retail) that's why it's failing to download the necessary files coz the CDA version is not yet available on the SEUS server? that's why i'm getting the unable to download msg? it's not that it's failing to download.. it's just it doesn't exist/available on their server yet? hopefully lolly can help answer that

but ya 16 seems to have much better battery life and speed over 14.. i'm not regretting i flashed to it.
