There is a lot of low light shots being posted. Is it possible to rest Aino on a flat surface like you can with the C905? Otherwise even the slightest movement will blur the shot.

No Aino can't stand on it's own and there is a big deley between click and shoot.

All these photos were taken either at dawn, or within an hour of the sun rising. So the light levels are quite low and demonstrate that the Aino isn't too bad after all! (Though I still feel the C905 would have taken a sharper photo) These photos look great blown up on my 42" Plasma!

Can you tell us some details about what settings you used.
I want to take good pics too.

Possibly the main thing I do which helps is I don't use the mechanical shutter. I touch the screen to focus on the spot I want and let it take the photo. This helps keep the camera steady because I find the shutter button too hard to press smoothly, tending to shake the camera when pressed.
Otherwise, I leave the phone on auto, unless it's really low light, then I use twilight setting. There really isn't too much you can do because of the lack of features compared to the C905. I really miss the Panaromic feature. I had great fun on holidays using it to put the same person in 3 different spots in the one photo! Cool!

@hihihans
I don't own an Aino but 1 thing that applies to all camphones without lense cover is ALWAYS wipe the lense before taking a shot, just as you would have to open the lense cover of a Cybershot to shoot- or you won't be able to. Secondly, watch your auto EV- point/touch focus on a brighter area so that the photo doesn't get overexposed and the colours/saturation becomes vivid. That's all, other than that I believe is up to the your cam hardware.
Though I haven't seen anything that truly impresses me, I do believe in Aino's capability but no one has actually truly shown it yet. You wanna take up that job Haribolman?

Maybe I should just post some C905 photos and pass them off as Aino pics!!
