Guys... how about a new thread regarding this for the M600 and W950? I'm sure that way we avoid confusions.

have you tried restarting? i only have 7% at the mo but i am reinstalling apps so i'll restart the phone when i am done!

I've just restarted the phone ran SwissManager and closed all apps... I now have 15.1 MB (24%) free RAM... what an improvement !!! Much better.

@mayacesar,
have no problems with the ram at all. i get more ram compared to before. my uptime is almost 2 days now. i think that this firmware is much much more stable. i've done only 1 level 3 reclaim using sm pro after 1 day 8hrs uptime. and with tweakpeaks, this baby just work like a charm. thanks to cps with their great softwares.

here's my screenshot:

Edit: Had to reboot after 1 day 21 hrs uptime because opera can't be started. The wierd thing is, the available ram showed 10.1mb. Same amount of ram when it was working. I really don't mind having to reboot after almost 2 days. I just want to know whether it's caused by the phone or opera.

@guy h,
i think that's a great idea mate. or maybe just change the thread title (is that even possible?) that way, people can read about the procedures and the things we've discussed so far. saves you the trouble of explaining to people about the same thing again. but then again, it's totally up to you mate. i still think that it's a good idea though.
just my 2 cents.

br.

I just thought to keep the CDA's seperate and any difference between the handsets apart to make it as simpel as possible for newcomers. The smae questions are asked time and again so I just thought it would help. doesn't bother me as I've done mine but thinking of the community.

This may sound very simplistic but I've the feeling that the quantity of free space on the C: drive has an impact on the RAM. The more free space you have on your C: drive, the more free RAM memory you also get.

Can this make sense ?

Maybe so. If I can remember correctly, I've had like 21% of free ram on boot (can't remember the amount in MB, I think it's aound 15-16MB). And apart from Vijay Singh Golf and QuadraPop, I only install SM Pro, TweakPeaks and Opera on C:\.

Edit: Got 14MB (21%) free at startup.

Mayacesar, the biggest improvements on the two latest firmwares are not really the raw amount ram you get at boot, but the way the phone handles it during the day, leading to more stability and more multitasking capability. But i also do not install nothing on internal drive, have something like 52mb free, dont know if it has any effect though

52mb ???

After upgrade I only had 43mb free on the C: drive without installing anything. How come you've so much free space ?
I thought that all the SE stuff only (demo, apps, etc) takes a lot of place on the phone memory.
