im lost bro ..i dnt no much bout fonez but my k800I iz blinking red and i tryd wat u sed on page 1 but this is wat i ended up with at the end evrythin else goez well .im guessing. since nothin stuffz up till then

Seems that you need active account now. Your only choice may be to buy at least 1 account to use the EROM update. |

hey like do u mean buy an accnt from wotan ? i did but i dont no wats gona happn now coz like i paid with paypal and wat do i get the username n pass to my email or wat ? i dunno |

Yes, You need to wait until they give you the username and password. Contact them again if you have no receive it in 24 hr. Should be sent to you by email.
Seems after release of XS++3.x they can't afford to give free EROM update anymore. |

fuli sik bro u dun undastand how happy i am finally i can use this peice of shit dat made me walk for 3 hours on aus day sat nite afta clubbing ...i had to walk home d fone didnt turn on so i couldnt call a taxi or enithin so i walkd pisd of my tits for 3 farkin hours i got so cut ARRRRRG lol OHH BTW WHEN I WAS DOIN THAT EROM SHIT ON WOTAN WILE IT WAS WORKIN ON MY FONE IT WAS DOWNLOADIN SOMTIN FROM INET ?? Right so a Global Announcement from me Thanks to Hanugro's findings.
As of now there is NO way of updating your EROM without purchasing an account. I may in the future right up s tutorial on how to do it with XS++ update files.

omg f*king enoying shit i bought a point or wateva d fuk its calld exep i dunno wat to do next i didnt get a email from wotan or somtin givin me a login and a password .......WHAT NOW i been on d comp since 11 am this moornin i couldnt figure out wats next i emaild those guyz i bought it from n they didnt email me bak ? wats goin on should i buy anotha 1 or wait a lil mo wtf iz gona hapn to d 7euro i paid alredi ??? can som1 help me plzzz

G82HVN you just need to update EROM. No need to select CID anything at all. Please read the manual that is on wotanserver site! |

Hi guys.
Thanks for this thread. I have read almost everything the web has to offer on this subject and I have still not got my phone back to life! 
Today I'm trying Wotan (the whole day ... bought credit) and no luck ...
My problem is a dead K800i due to changing the sim. Powering on yields a blinking infrared light and thats it ... so the normal symptoms then ... except the phone does not get recognised by any of the programs using "C" or "2&5" or any other key combinations. There is no water damage etc ... its simply the change of sim problem ... but I just cant seem to get the phone recognised! ... used 2xXP and 1xVISTA machines and no luck. Fully charged battery etc. ... so ... I'm totally lost. PLEASE HELP ... I SAID PLEEEEAAASSSSSE ... lol ... Thanks guys. |

Sorry, I think we can't still figure out why some phone can't be detected. This method is only available if your phone can be detected.
BTW, I think wotan has new interface now? Please ask them how to do EROM update! Or you can try other client like kulan kendi or Davinci. |

Right, I have had a look at Davinci and they seem to be still doing it for free. But there is a problem, you need to have a account with them since you cannot run the client without logging in. I will have a look around Kulan Kendi but for me it has never worked, |
