Hi Shivam ,
Im Avik, i am using Sony Ericsson w700i with Cellone (prepaid)
I have activated portal & it's working fine
I have also activated full gprs (ie GPRS E) and it's also working fine but it costs around 2p/kb like that.
I can also use the net (free of cost offcourse) from my Laptop using portal via bluetooth
I just want to ask u the thing, can i also use the full gprs on my mobile (ie Free of cost)? I mean as i saw my friend is doing in Nokia6600, can it be done in Sony Ericsson also?
(because unlike Nokia, i can't minimize the default browser and run Opera but i here can minimise Opera and then change the profile & can run main browser)
If it is possible, then how? Cause don't know why, even with full gprs also im not able to run Opera Mini 3. It tells no connection or error in connection.

HI,
I have gprs plan-199, I want to accept call while gprs is connected to pc.
I can call to other person but i cant get call from other person.
is there any setting for this. |

if you are a SE user,
goto connectivity->data comm.->data account->your data name->edit->allow calls->automatic.

Hey Shivam you are just 16 man kudos i'm 16 too.
I am using a bsnl prepaid connection in agra UP
the bsnl guys sent me 4 settings
bsnlgprs : to surf on computer
bsnlwap : to surf on mobile all sites at 2p/kb
bsnlportal : to surf the bsnl site free of cost
bsnlmms : to send mms
i did as you said in your post i.e. I changed my ip in the bsnlportal but that didnt do any good as the bsnlportal isnt capable of opening all sites it simply says 'your network settings do not allow you to request this url'
so i changed the ip address in the bsnlwap connection and connected twice once by the web application and once by opera mini using to different simultaneous connections. Both got connected but none was free of cost i.e. I was charged.
What do i do?
I am using an n72
and region is north
any help in this regard will be highly appreciated

congrats fr ur discover about bsnl gprs. i use this trick & in m N70 it works well. i just wanna wnt 2 know that u suggest IP 192.168.51.163 but in my region(JH) it not works then i use 192.168.81.163 it works . i just wanna know ISSE KOI PROBLEM HO SAKTA HAI KYA. and sometimes my network d"not support multichannel GPRS.Again i thanks 2 u fr this.

i have samsung s3310. it has some advance settings and i am unable to understand plz help
when i select> home then a logo appears on top but after some time it says no response!!!!!!!
