Sony Ericsson Announces hbh-ds970 |

Hi,
This is my first post so please forgive any errors.
I have a W810i and I'm a music power user but I'm really tired of all the wiring needed to use the HPM-70/HPM-82 headsets. I'd love to be able to use the HBH-DS970 but, after reading all previous posts, I believe I can't.
What I want to know is if there's any non-SE quality alternatives to stream audio through BT. My main goal is good quality music playing and the ability to control all Walkman functions through the BT set (Skip, FF, etc). Of course, having a display with income calling's ID would be great.
Thanks. |

dont think there are any other stereo bluetooth/wireless se head sets, especially for the w810 since it isnt compatible with streaming audio |

so far I've tried two ds970 sets. The longest playback time I'm getting is 4 hours 20 minutes. I've charged both of them for about 10 hours for the first time. And they both were through four full charge cycles already. So I guess I shouldn't expect the battery performance to improve.
Well I guess a visit to a SE service centre is inevitable. Since this the battery life I'm getting is way shorter than it supposed to be. |

How can you tell that your M600 connects at 3Gbps to your computer? I'd like to know my connection speed, since I also have the BT stack from Toshiba and the M600, but transferring files over BT seems very slow (a 3 MB mp3 file takes about 40 seconds to one minute

Has anyone experience breaks in the streaming of music?
I have noticed this while walking. I have the sports case for my k800i with the arm band. I notice that if I swing my arms or exaggerate my arm movements, I sometimes get breaks in the streaming. Does the phone or headset use some sort of buffering?

Yes, there is buffering (up to 15kb). Try to increase buffer size in the media player settings.

What settings to adjust buffering? Are we talking about the same thing? Which page is this on. Me thinks you are making up crap and posting it. If I am incorrect then accept my apologies. _________________
