I have already on my T68i the new sw R5C001, lot of changes there but you know what? the worst of all is that SMS alert and ringtones are lower than before, with no diference at all between volume 3 and 6 and that is for sure I am musician I know about that a lot, I guess, is that normal? or only happen to me? very disgusting.
PLEASE bring us back that old nice and loud SMS alert from T65/T68m/T28/T29 etc etc. PLEASE!!!!

I for one used to hate the old loud sms tone and so did the people I was with whenever I got a message. They jumped out of their chairs shouting; "What the hell was that!".

I think the new smstone is okei! But in a area with a lot of noice, I have to say I agree with u guys! Maybe SE should add the Old SMS-sound. So we could choose between the click, new, silent and the old one!

R5A Bugs????? I recently had my T68m flashed to R5A while traveling in London few weeks ago. Aside from the upgrade obliterating most of my settings and causing port conflicts with my pc, now I'm finding that my phone continually "locks up." Meaning, it just freezes with whatever was on the screen at the moment. I have to remove the battery and re-insert and then restart the phone to get it to unlock. Anyone having this problem and/or know what to do about it???? |

| @Cytech,
Tkx for the info! It's just really sad the fact that it is available w/ US version but we in the US can not get firmware upgrade (let alone a SE Center).
