@ mustafa,
if ur reply was directed, or atleast influenced by my post above, then i have to say that u completely mis-understood me. Maybe becos English isnt ur 1st lang, whateva, what i said is "IF" the pics and details r what we r seeing in this thread, then i moving away from SE. Becos what they (seem) to be doin is makn no sense to me, they r takn away the special "feel" that the "p-series" had, a pity really.

Ok, I reread your post and saw the part about not liking to have multiple OSs. English is my first language but I have the habbit of skim reading so I miss a few details.
The way I see it is you have used SE for a long time and youlike its UIs, ditching all your SEs and buying all Windows devices just dosn't make sense. At least I hope you buy one phone first before ditching your collection. A point people don't seem to get is the P950's size. P950 should be around the size of the imate Jam, if you think you should get a JasJar instead then think again. I can understand choosing between the KJam and the P950, at least they aren't that different in size. The JasJar however will be at leat twice the weight of the P950.
My main point is that for most people dumping a brand just because they don't like the design of one phone just doesn't make sense.

@ mustafa
ofcourse i understand what u r sayn, but its just me, i dont like having sets of 2/3 makes lying around my house. So IF i dont want the P950 to replace my P910, i am gonna have to make a complete switch, and i know it'll really hurt my pocket, but i cant help it...... |

Ii can't believe this is the replacement for the p910. certainly judging by other manufactureres recent releases, they seem to be doing a trick where they release a phone first with similar specs to the phone it's supposed to be replacing so that people go and buy it to "keep up with the Joneses", and then a few months later, they'll actually release a proper replacement with better specs.
look at the SPV 550. it was released looking similar to a c500, but with updated controls, and a more music player bias as that seems to be where the trnds are, yet the proper replacement for the 500, the c600, won't be out until next year. in the mean time, orange will get customers who will get the 550 without waiting, and when the c600 comes out, they'll rue the decision, and either go out and get one as an extra cost upgrade, or wait a bit longer until a c650 (maybe) comes out, get that, and probably be in the same boat. It's happenning with the N-series nokias too. Call me a cynic, but if there's a chance of making a it more cash, then people will do it. Hell, SE have done it before!. is the p900 a case in point........? |

Just incase I don't like the next P series I won't ditch my other SE phones (P800i &T68i) I still use my T68i as a work phone & will only get rid of it when it dies & I still can't bring myself to sell my P800i a year after I upgraded to my P910i |

Apperently it was not much appreciated when it was put on the back side of the P910 flip either.
So, where do you want it ? |

i agree with u guys completely. I loved the 'sleek' feel with the keypad removed, n i always knew i could put it back on for one handed use.... |
