@gov - Blu is right . . . Good Evening: Magandang Gabi, but then again, if you are going to say it to an ugly Filipino, it is said: Maganda Ka Ba Ngayong Gabi? This is commonly used specially if you are going out on a 'blind' date.

"Ka Ba Ngayong" means: What Now. Though if shortened will result to, Kabayo which means: Horse.
