Remember I had my phone checked this noon, well it's on thy way back and is brand new. Some slight problem with the motherboard or something. Now that's service. Just wish it could be changed to a t68i |

@pogie: I got my phone a few minutes ago. They transferred my old phonebook into the new one (including my old personal background pic). Ok sila. Problem is, now I have to re-setup my phone again. Medyo matrabaho na naman. Including calendars and the GPRS settings. |

@ksroy: About the she-species not really being into tech toys, I don't really know. Just a difference in interests, I guess -- shopping, bags, shoes, make-up, etc. While I am into those things as well, they do get kind of boring after a while 'coz they tend to become all the same. Technology, on the other hand, changes to fast...making it much more interesting.
BUT that's not to say I'm a techie either -- I'm sure my interests and knowhow won't even compete with that of the others in here.

@yiz: did you know that they made a study on males and females and their behavioral patterns while watching television. Given a remote control, males are more likely to channel surf during commercials than women. |

@ksroy: Yup...I don't think I need a study to declare that as the absolute truth!! I get SO dizzy when my bro and dad do that! It drives me crazy! Why? Aren't guys just patient enough to wait through the ads? |

It actually bothers us if someone tries to sell something to us... more so if it's a video box trying to brainwash women into getting something they don't need. |

@dlreyes hi but i think behind every man's success is a woman so you have to accept that its a woman's nature to push men around... |

@Swty: Wow...nice to meet someone on my side in here!
@dlreyes: Is it really brainwashing, though? 'Coz when I wait through a laundry soap ad, I'm hardly driven to buy one. |

I stand corrected... it's subliminal suggestion... something like you will buy it someday without you knowing it.

@dlreyes: Yeah...that makes sense. So I guess it's really more of engraining their brand into your head, deep enough that you'll buy that brand WHEN you need that product already.
But then, you're also partly right about women being more impulsive shoppers. |
