well if I was in US or canada I'd be buying one from this ebay powerseller who has 10,000+ rating. it would cost way to much to get it to uk or germany by the time I paid import taxes etc so I guess I'll wait a tad longer

Nooooooooo!!! The launch here in Norway has been put back 10 days. Now they say July 1st. I can't believe it. Norway is the country in the world with the highest change rate of mobile-phones, and still we're one of the lowest on the SE prioritylist. It's sad but true! |

 WOW they're cool. I never even considered that they'd be totally different.
By the same reckoning then the SMS tones should be different too, hope they're cool too

Ahh ok. Sorry I didn't see that. I saw the picture on the forum at Mobile-Review though. Looks like it's like alot of people have been saying - the Quickshare sticker is going to be replaced with the brand of the Service Provider.
Does that mean that it will still be there for handsets sold by O2 in the UK? They don't brand their phones like T-Mobile, Orange, Vodafone and Virgin do. |

Probably. I hope so anyway, i kinda like the Quickshare hologram sticker.
Anyway.. i just called O2, and the girly on the phone said the K700 should be available on PAYG at the same time as contract, sometime within the next week or two ( she didnt have the exact date on her computer, she just said it said mid june on her screen).
Looks like i'll be visiting my local CPW everyday for the next couple of weeks !

I spoke to O2 and Carphone Warehouse on the phone today. They both told me 14th June. It's starting to look good. CPW only find out release dates a week before they're set to come out... I know this is true from passed experience, plus I was in their store the other day asking about it, and they told me they had no idea. |

thats strange, I also spoke to CPW today and they said they had no firm date on their system and the phones hadn't even gone to warehouse yet let alone out to stores. so much contradiction from CPW always

Same here. I'm begining to think CPW would be better ran by trained monkeys. And if someone else tells me to get the 6230 cos its the same thing i'll punch them. I mean whats the point of a camera phone with a screen the size of a postage stamp. Jesus!
