Last friday, my workplace celebrated its anniversary with a party and other things. In the party I won a tablet. Don't know what brand it is. Yet I know it's not a known one. But hey, it's free!!!

Maybe it's a stupid reason to be happy, but after I begun my diet, in October, I checked my weight today and I noticed I lost 12 kilograms, and seeing that made me feel amazing. I've been always a bit overweight, but after diabetes was diagnosed to my father, requiring a change of my family's food choice, that gave me the motivation to begin to lose my weight.
Way to go of course, since I need to reach at least 70-68Kg. My current weight is 96Kg. I hope to reach such a result in summer. |
