Mobilebee is not really trust worthy when it comes to "coming soon" I had preordered the E70 when they first had the "coming soon" in Feb. Waited and waited and when the days ran down to 1, the next day it went back up to 17 days...........it's been running like this ever since so don't bother with the dates or MB.
I seriously think that from all the forums I'm reading, that the product won't be released until earliest July. |

Yeah, it seems like everyone is predicting July. But I also just read earlier today that one person had contacted SE, who confirmed release in the first week in June. Seems unlikely, but it would be great.
By the way, can anyone comment on a question from earlier post of mine that never got answered: Does the P990 support flip closed internet browsing (like just for WAP pages)? |

Yeah, during the world cup yesturday, (Czech Republic against Finland) there was a competition giving you the chance to win an M600i. At the bottom of the screen it said the M600i would be available from the 25 of may. According to SE, the P990i and the M600i among other phones would be available at the same time, so lets hope this is true and that the P990 will be out in the first week of June.

agggh im so sick of waiting - i wish SE would just announce a release date instead of all this rubbish rumours cus im so close to just getting another phone now as im sure mnay other people are! |

Just to let you guys know after seeing a post over at My-Symbian it appears Mobileshop.com have today been given a provisional date from SE of 22/05 for the handsets to come into stock.
I phoned them myself and they confirmed the date and that it had come from official SE sources today.
From past experience Mobileshop.com are generally pretty reliable(ie they don't lie through their teeth like some dealers) in terms of giving out release/stock dates. |
