Miss C... If he ends up not being registered, and you file a complaint you get the fees back instantly.
Or just "report unpaid item" now, then if he doesnt reply after 14 days or summin u get refunded. If he doesnt pay... you WILL get or cashes back

i got a PSP on saturday had to go edgeware road to get it only place in london with one!
