worse?? can you explain?? you had the previous FW to compare?

Can't you put the previous FW back since you are not satisfied with the nw one?

The camera is even more blurry when underexposed. You can't make a straight shot either during the day. Mij P1i has a better camera! The videocamera is so noisy, it looks almost cartoony. Everything gets very pixelated.

someone just told me that the FW is only for some countries

I am from france and the firmware is ok for french T650

Look at what it is written on your t650 box (2 letters for the country) and see if the fw is available for it or no

hello

When I am inside, and if I take a photo of a perso who is in movement, thihs peerson is blurry on thee picture. Is it the same for you?

Here is an example:

I precise that this happen even with the "sport mode"

When I am outside, with more light the pictures are sharp and no pbl with the camera

When objects / people are moving THAT fast, they'll always get blurry, unless you're using a phone with a proper xenon flash and you've disabled twilight portrait mode.

The T650i has a pretty small lens so its going to increase the exposure to get a bright enough shot in indoor environments. The downside to a longer exposure is blurry shots. I don't think there is any way around this.

I do believe that the camera on the T650i is a bit buggy though. Next time you want to take a picture indoors and turn the camera on, see if the framerate in the viewfinder is very low and moving the camera produces a blur in the viewfinder. If it does, turn on the flash, take a picture, and delete it. When the viewfinder activates again, you should notice that the picture now is a lot smoother with no blur. Try taking a picture then to see if its still blurry or not.

I don't know if this is a bug that affects the viewfinder only, or the actual shots taken, but it doesn't hurt to experiment.

yes I think that the camera is sometimes bugging, because sometimes even outdoors I obtain blurry pictures one time on 3 or 4..

radiux> your method is quite interesting! But as far as my english is not very good could you please tell me if I am right: you meant that I take a picture with flash, then delete it, and after that take another pic that will be sharper, that's it? in which mode?
I did rhat and you are right it increases quality a little bit ! And on the screen the image is sharper, quite strange

The "document" mode seems to be sharper too, but it only works with macro scenes, a pity

look at those 2 pics for example, the persons on both photos are walking at around the same speed, but on the one the character is blurry, on the other it is clear, so it is a bug maybe... (my arm wasn't moving in both cases)
