@nightblade.. honami is not "supposed" to be announced on thursday at all.
we don't know what's coming on thursday. it's just pure speculation. but our trusted sources say no honami til august sometime.
also @martenR.. you make a lot of demands for someone who will get Xperia M

It could just be an upgraded Xperia Z+ that will be announced on Thursday. Who knows, but hopefully it will be the i1.

I wouldn't be surprised if they announce purely because the cat is out of the bag.
Either that or try to keep the best kept secret since Mourinho returning to Chelsea..
I have a dig bick You read that wrong |

I hope it comes in different thicknesses and battery capacities.
+1, Thin is nice but I prefer a little bit thicker to have longer battery life... I mean 9mm with extra 500~750mAh is very nice

OT, We're all knows Xperia has screen lottery panel in very first batch, but quickly fixed in few shipments later.
and guess what happening with the excellence One (as per iPA quoted)
build quality lottery! which is take roughly 200 minutes per device to carve it out!

Just a bit OT, but picture in your mind Sony coming out with a Playstation Phone next year. It's got all the tech and design language of Honami (even better since it's a later device) and runs a highly customized Playstation OS and has the ability to play all PSP games, PS1 games, PS Mini games, PS Mobile games and PS Vita games. Physical controls too, of course.
With Sonys push for indie developers to make games for Playstation, this would be THE phone to get for gamers.
So yep, keeping that dream alive
really?

OFF TOPIC...
Guys I fell in love with the design of the Smartwatch 2 when it was revealed and I instantly decided to buy one when I will have enough money... but then during the presentation and on their site they said it was not so waterproof... and I changed my mind i wanted it waterproof, I mean it costs a lot and it would more secure if it was water resistant...
But in the site of the product they wrote this:
"Anywhere. Any weather
SmartWatch 2 is the wireless accessory that has something for everybody. If you are a busy communicator, you will appreciate being on top of everything. If you like to get out running, you can use SmartWatch as your phone remote. If it rains, you can keep on going. SmartWatch 2 can take the rain.* If it is bright and sunny, SmartWatch 2 has an impressive sunlight readable display. Take it anywhere.
*Note: Although SmartWatch 2 is splash resistant, it should not be exposed to very wet conditions or be immersed in water."
So I was a bit disappointed... but then, two days ago I received a notification from the Mobile Sony Official Blog with an article on the Smartwatch and I read it (I'm still fond of its design, my problem with the first were thickness, screen and the fact that without the phone it was dead... here are all resolved, best screen with WhiteMagic, thinner and works standalone )
And look what i found!
Availability
Sony SmartWatch 2 (SW2) will be available worldwide from September 2013.

Style watch
SmartWatch 2 is also a standalone advanced and stylish watch. Use it as a compass, timer or stopwatch as well as a phone remote. You can choose between several different watch faces and themes. If Honami would be announced in August, it's either someone would get fired from Sony or they intentionally leaked those system dumps this early. Nevertheless, these makes everyone really excited! |

I know I'm flooding the thread... but I'm so excited... they completely ported the camera app... now you can put it on you XZ...
here's the link....
http://forum.xda-developers.c[....]ad.php?p=43144973#post43144973
This are the Things it contains:
- Camera functions:
- AR effects
- Superior Auto
- Time Shift
- Photo Effect
- Manual Capture Mode
- Info-Eye
- Sweep Panorama
- Ultra fast focusing
- New Image Processing from Xperia Honami
- Newer Camera libs for Image stabilization etc
- Superresolution Image processing (not sure if it has an effect on our devices)
Here the camera screen in a more understandable language... ;P
My personal opinion is like that, as in the Cybershot, you will be able to buy and download new App (for example the Twilight One)... this would expand the camera's capability beyond any expectation!
TIMESHIFT
AR EFFECT LOL
