Online banking is the staple of my banking life.
We've gone so far as to actually have a bank that only operates online/on phone and without branches here.
I haven't switched to them because they don't meet my needs.
Never had a problem with it though, my banks system seems pretty good. I also do my grandad and my mums online banking, his is absolutely terrible, and they make you ring them for every little thing and charge you for every little thing. Hers isn't too bad to use though.
If you're worried about being charged heaps to use it ring them and find out what they charge for transfers, ap setups etc online.
I can't believe I still do all the work and they still charge me for doing it! (about NZ $3.50, roughly a pound) |
