The K850 won´t be able to read word(office) and PDF-files right? I`m a bit spoiled with that possibility with my N73 but i will probably get myself the K850 since it has a better camera AND a walkman player(wich was my reason for ditching SE for Nokia, that nowadays has an excellent music player)

Anyhuu i wonder if there is a java-based software that doesn´t demand that you go via/connect to internet to get readable word files? Thus a program that takes care of the "transforming" itself?

jus read from the EXIF data on con-cafe photos the lens focal lenght is 5.18mm which I think has an effect on what the sensor size of the camera is!!

from what I had read in some forum k800 had a lens focal length of 5.2mm and k750i of 4.8mm

So its a bit disappointing to see that its 5.18mm in k850i coz i feel that it means the sensor size would be similar to k800i ..and so more pixels on the same sensor size!!!

could anyone confirm any more details of focal lengths and sensor sizes of these phones!!!!

you are right
i dont understand why some few people say that the n95 has a better musicplayer than the walkman phones, the truth is as many, many people say that the walkmans are the best
PS: I have compared my good old w550 with n95, and the w550 plays the music a bit better

Ja det gör jag! Yes i do, soundwise, in the case where i compare my old SE W800 with my N73(with the N73 ME player). The sound quality was just about the same. Both of the phones had the same bass output. The W800 had the "megabass" and the N73 had the "loudness". N73 was better in the sense that you could have the "loudness"( strong bass) on AND change the other sound settings in the EQ. That you couldn´t do with my W800.

I dont´know how the music player in the N95 performs and i didn´t comment on that in my prior post either.

After seeing the mini -review over on Cnet Asia TV I'm not worried about dust behind the camera lens, it looks quite good. Lots of finger-prints though.

The way the battery and sim card cover opens will surely ensure everything inside remains dust free. I expect its been tested thoroughly anyway. I was impressed with the lens cover. Its looks and behaves more like a digital camera than any other cameraphone.

translate.

i asked my Swedish "friend" if he had a screw loose in his head..........he he he

and that was a poor translation of what he wrote to me i might add. And by the way, "thanks" for putting the " on each side of the word friend. Well i refer to what i said in my earlier post- on W800 you couldn´t change the other sound settings while having megabass on. On the nokia N73ME you could and therefore get a better soundpicture. And i don´t care if aledged testers said that the W800 sounds better than N73ME in MY ears they sound just about the same(and one must remember what kind of earplugs you use to test the phones- one should off course use compatible earplugs). I didn´t either say that the software and functionalities was better on N73ME. I just briefly, in my first post, wrote my personal experiense of my fellings/perseption off the phone/sound issue. I see no logical reason for any further discussion about this nor did i try to start one. So maybe we can drop this?

Back on topic: I wonder if the lens cover is just made of plastic och if it might be made of the same material as the front display? Any thoughts? We don´t wont any scratches do we!
