Hi everyone, hope yol are having a great weekend, i was out all day yesterday,1st went to Sandton with friends then at nite we hit up Monte Casino, anyway when i was at Sandton i went to the Virgin Mobile store and playd with some Nokia Nseries, namely N95, N76 and N93i, the N95 does feel a bit cheap i was a bit suprised but loved the UI and the looks of it, but its screen is not as good as N80 THATS FOR SURE! The N76 is like a Ferrari ENZO in UI speed and it is one BEAUTY of a phone, but the best was that N93i WOW, i loved it,the UI, look, feel AND THE VIDEO, as me and my friend were looking at it we were joined by one of the HOT young shop assistants, she had an N95 in Sand colour but i was more focusd on uhm other things, she showd us on how gud the vid recording is on the N93i,realy impressive, she told me the N93i is around R7200 and N95 was R7700, WOW jeez thats quite a price tag,but i will wait til Xmas or my upgrade to ask my parents to get me one of those or that N81, but N93i has realy got me lol

@ Jojo,
LMAO..Ducati Special Ride..
@ Gucci,
Eish Gucci, you must've been in your element there; hotties with hot phones like the N93i et al. But dang, that's a lot of money for those handsets there..
@ Kryptik, Speaking of contracts (and Virgin for that matter), check this out. Virgin here, in collaboration with the UK's Carphone Warehouse, are offering 6 month contracts, without a phone. Now this is the interesting bit. The line rental is 15 a month, (over 6 months = 90 over that time period)which will give you 150 minutes and 150 texts a month. After you have received your 4th bill, you send the bill off to Carphone Warehouse. They then send you a cheque back for 90, so effectively you're getting the contract with that amount of calltime and sms's free over 6 months!
No catches, just a promotion to entice people to stay with the network after the obligatory 6 month period, but of course after the 6 month period, one can always try take out another such contract with them after cancelling the existing one, for example...

The 90 cashback offer can be found in the 'offer' link. Not too shabby, Nige...

@GUCCI-Suprised you think the N80 has a better screen than the N95 considering the latter has a 16 million colour display.Me.Im over my Nokia S60 infatuation and am happy again with my P990i.My next task is to change the font on this phone.Doing some reading up about it.So far seems pretty straightforward but I just want to make sure I've got everything covered.I want the 'Impact' font that you find on Windows. |

Yep @ Hobbs,i think its because the N80 has a higher resolution screen (352x416) whilest the N95 has (240x320), good to hear you are enjoying your P990 again another phone id lyk to own lol

From September..so you have started early!
Only took a few pics in the garage Jojo. Nothing that great I'm afraid; I've got a few scratches n' scrapes from trying to remove a very stubborn engine sump plug etc , but we eventually managed to get his ZX7R serviced properly.
By the way, have a look at the short video in this link, featuring a ZX9R stunt rider; this guy's insane!

Yeah, a 2-wheeled gymnast of sorts indeed; he just needs to work on his back-flips in the snow a bit. Wish I could ride like that though.
So what's Santa bringing Jojo this year?
