Thanks Mik, I finally decided to go for the 1001k, I feel getting jap stuff is kinda dodgy. I'll never forgive myself if i get some error in jap, and wont know what to do. .
Infact, I just finished purchasing a 1001k on ebay, for a steal.

some news on the psp emu scene guys:
Looks like there an updated gbc emu released.
now runs at full speed but still no sound support, also has a built in file selecter so thers no need for rom.gb anymore.
