@ Moogoo
Generally you are right,but
when you are behind you do not have the luxury to be a mediocre,
You need to be in the news all the time, and this can be achieved only by being the best.
For example, when Samsung comes with 6GB Ram the same week Sony should come with 8GB... this way the Samsung will be very quickly old news ... In the past everyone followed Sony, now Sony follows others. |

I don't think that Sony's phone is mediocre.
I agree that Sony is lacking in advertisement/promotions etc but I think this is due their budget limitation. They don't have that luxury.
When Sony Xperia X (X, X performance, XA) was announced I wasn't excited at all. Maybe because I was looking something more. However, recently when I had a chance to play with Xperia X (X and XA), I was surprised with them. The design, even though having similarities with Omnibalance concept but they are different and beautiful. The performance, display, quality, camera, speed or overall experiance is damn good and we are talking about midrange phone with midrance specs.
To me, Sony is a capable company to produce good hardware and software and that is the reason I'm willing to wait for their upcoming models.

You beat me to it Maloqs
What is interesting is the model designation, no more PM-xxxx, but now just some random numbers.
The usb cable used is the UCB20, chargeris UCH12 (comes with qualcomm quick charge 3)

headphones - MH410c (maybe temporary?)

One other piece of info is that the internal/external photos will be available on 01/31/2017.

Hmmm, well the Z5 Compact did use a 2,700 mAh battery, but then again so did the X Performance... Hard to tell if this is THE flagship, or a new compact.
All I know is, I still wants me a new flagship Ultra
... 4,000 mAh battery please |

OnLeaks is pretty reliable so I trust in those pictures, it should be next flagship. Also it looks exactly the same as the previous leaked in-hand pics.
