It's Batman!!
No, THIS is Batman.
Still waiting for GSMArena's review. They got a good photo viewer and a good photo comparison tool. PA's photo viewer is frustrating.

Would anyone like to see a low light shootout between the Z2 and the QX10 Smartlens? I don't think we have had a comparison of the 2 before on here.

its about time for Sony to step up with multi tasking now serious. Small Apps is still the way they were and still so limited. Theres a rumor that even iOS 8 will get split screen multi tasking feature like windows and samsung phone.
maybe they can expand the small apps by enabling smarter arrangement. they can do something like what desktop windows has like providing the option to "cascade windows," "show windows side by side," or "show windows stacked" to automatically and neatly arrange the small apps without having to tediously drag their borders around. they can also do a "tabbed app interface" to create something already familiar to many users. the small apps concept is already great. they just need to improve it further and provide more productivity small apps.
maintaining the identity of the small apps idea is good to avoid getting accused of ripping another company's style.

I will take some soon and have them uploaded tonight. I'm quiet curious to see the results myself

Just took a few shots between the Z2 and the QX10. and I must say the QX10 in low light shots at least blows the Z2 out of the water, very surprised at this considering the sensor is the same size and they have very similar spec. I will post the results later though.

That's disappointing the z2 should have the same quality especially as it's 20.7mp and has the same size sensor maybe the Z2 isn't that good then? Or not as good as it could be? |

In my opinion it's good of Z2 to come close to QX10, after all that is a dedicated photo attachment.

The QX series has a dedicated BIONZ chip.... so hardware, no software... that alone is already a big deal
Z2 is awesome nonetheless! |

So here are the pic I promised, I did plan on getting some outdoor shots but the hevens opened and we had a thunder storm and as the QX10 isn't waterproof I didn't want to risk it. Also neither the Z2 or the QX10 allow for the same resolution when shooting so I tried my best to pair them up evenly. On the QX10 I can't manually adjust the ISO so both were set to auto. The amount of light both devices were able to capture was great and I can asure you that it was darker than what the images look.

Earlier in this thread I posted comparison photo between QX10 and Z2
Next week I will post more comparison.
IMO QX10 can make a bit more natural and pleasant pics sometimes.
Now I have a little Berlin trip and I just make some shots with my Z2.
Will post them in a few days.
