i've never utilise the battery until it drained so i'm not sure how long the battery can last. i think the battery life on a single charge is acceptable not that excellent and not that bad either, i would say just good
that's right angryman

The battery on Aino was improved greatly with the latest software update. Where mine used to last a few days at best, it can now last up to 4 or 5 days under medium use.

Well my Aino's just gone bust, touchscren is completely non-reponsive in absolutely every way

Restarts, Resets, Repairs are not fixing it

Can't believe my first experience with a company apart from Nokia is ending like this...

I have no idea how it's meant to work, but I've tapped everywhere and it doesn't respond

I've also found that the backlight doesn't turn off when the phone is slid shut, which kills battery life

Very unimpressed :-/

Yeah I've gone in the touch menu and tapped in the touch test but nothing seems to respond

It's completely broken

I don't know whether it's a hardware or a software problem, but considering the amount of things I've done on the software side to try and fix it I'm leaning on Hardware. Hopefully I can get it resolved quickly after Christmas but Sony Ericsson service here doesn't have the best reputation

I have the exact same problem and you have described the issues just the way I am experiencing it right now. None of the touch features work, I've run the service tests, I've master reset it, gave it a firmware update (which it already had) and right now, I'm trying to run the battery down to see if that might have any impact on it.

I really don't know what to do because I didn't take any insurance out for this Aino. What should I do?

Appreciate any help. Thanks.

The problem I have is a hardware problem, I took the phone to a Repair Center and they notified me that there was something wrong with the display, and that they have ordered a part for it

Hopefully you have Warranty because otherwise you may be in a bit of a pickle

Good Luck

Another problem I also want answers for!!!!! I find it irritating that messages appear in the new events menu and not as a pop up.

Platia1, I think this may be a hardware problem too. I do have warranty for it as I got this phone as an upgrade quite recently. I'm going to phone sony ericsson about it tomorrow. Please can you let me know about the progress on your Aino.

My Aino works great except for the BT connection to PC.
When using BT, my Aino shortly looses the BT connection.
When this happends I cant switch off BT ( Aino ) and all my BT units is no more displayed ( two BT headset and my PC ).
After a restart everything is back to normal ( until I try to connect Aino as a modem through BT ).
It´s nothing wrong with my PC, switching SIM to my C902 everyting works great, no connection issues.

Is only when using Aino as a modem through BT it fail, with the BT headsets it is no problem.
...waiting for a new FW that solve this.

Anyone else here using Aino as a 3G modem through BT ? any problems ?

@hihihans
My laptop is from my work, limited access to settings and have not succeed to connect through cable so far.
...but I guess I have to give it a try again.
