@ Jojo,
It is indeed spelled here (and in SA etc) with an apostrophe and a 's', if a noun ends in a 's' (ie. Thomas) and you want to use it as a possessive noun or adjective, ie. St Thomas's Hospital, or princess's coronet, etc.
As you know, if it doesn't end in a 's', it would just have the singular 's' after the apostrophe,
ie. Jojo's sinigang.

Before I forget, in SA, they have something similar to 'tapa'. It is called biltong.

One of the many halls inside the Natural History Museum in central London, taken with the N73 as usual:

@ Jojo,
As I'm in a primary school I teach ALL the subjects, but I run the school's English department too.

LOL, smorgasbord.. a buffet of subjects indeed.
Yeah, I had to take several pics of that hall with the brontosaurus skeleton in it to get a nice enough shot, as all the light coming through the windows made it tricky.
Here's another pic of a signboard featuring that apostrophe with a 's', also taken with the N73 on the same day:
Well Jojo, time for me to get some shut-eye. It's approaching 3am and I'm now struggling to keep awake. Hope you're having a good Friday, matey.
G'night.

I remember those Ciro "Hmmm.. Aaaah" ads.
But like The Hobbsta, Nescafe Classic is where it's at for me. Koffiehius, Ricoffy et al just don't cut it.
Lemme go put the kettle on; need my caffeine fix..

OK, here comes one mother of a post. A warning. This page's pics are gonna take ages to load, due to the sheer volume of cellphone pics. Go have a meal and then come back; the page might've loaded completely by then.
Here's some Saffers' journey to an English Premiership football club, and what goes on behind the scenes that many of us don't know about.
I was determined to cover the entire visit with the 2 cellphones (plus Marius's Palm Treo) to make it relevant to a cellphone forum, using the N73 and a little with the P900 when the N73's battery called time-out.
The better halves used the digital cameras, but I'll leave these pics out as this isn't the place for them.
On our recent holiday trip around Northern England and Scotland, we planned to stop over in Blackburn in Lancashire (the red rose county) for my good friend Marius. He's an avid Blackburn Rovers supporter and he wanted to visit the stadium in person. We never imagined just how fortunate we would be.
It was late afternoon last Sunday. Blackburn Rovers had just held Arsenal to a 1-1 draw. We didn't have tickets or anything, but we decided to check out the place after the match. After finding parking, Marius quickly conversed with one of the top security officials. Marius explained that he'd come from SA to check out blah blah blah. The guy managed to organise us access into the function rooms, players' entrance, trophy rooms etc. At the end of it all, the guy took off his official Blackburn Rovers tie and gave it to Marius. The club's shop was closed by then, so it meant that Monday we would have to return.
This was just the start; little did we know at the time how fortunate we were to be this past Monday...
PART 1: The stadium's exterior.
N73:
Not as impressive or imposing as West Ham United's main entrance, but nevertheless:
