Hello, the only 'send free text' software ive ever found is german or american and is riddled with spyware.
I once downloaded a programe that bombarded a number with the same text messages hundreds of times, turns out it didnt do anything of the like, infact it just installed so much porn and free viagra stuff on my pc i had to do a clean reinstall!!
