hehehe that's a lovely name for a pub, Wanqa
Here's another, courtesty of www.engrish.com
Regarding the avatar, i played Esatonian Roulette with the selection seeing that we still don't have the option to do away with it altogether. Maybe in time we'll be able to upload an image of our own choosing... i'd be sorely tempted to follow this route

The ENT specialist is close to the famous Smithfield Market, London's wholesale meat market. It's been going for over 800 years!
This large open space near the City was used for public events, such as jousts, tournaments and executions. Queen Mary I , 1553 - 58, had 300 Protestants burned at the stake at Smithfield, earning her the nickname 'Bloody Mary'.

I managed to capture some interesting pics with the N73; the architecture helping greatly:
Using the N73's b&w effect:
Right, this next pic I'm very happy with. I'm going to post it in the Esato Photo Gallery as well. I tried the N73's sepia effect, which I thought would suit the building and the way the light was filtering in, a la some of those kitch prints (eg. of Grand Central Station and other such sepia/ b&w prints), that you often seen in framing shops and homeware-type stores:

Those last two pix in particular are stunning, bro! Maybe think about entering both into the Gallery... Hehehe, it's great having such a capable exponent of the art of FoneCamPixia in this thread Do you have any apps on the N73 which can be used to resize/crop pix?
Falcon, i agree with Hobbs in that i would've taken the iMate as well, even if only to flog on an online auction site and use the money to buy something more suited to your taste. You'd be rather surprised to see what those iMates sell for on www.bidorbuy.co.za

Ya, I'm pretty happy how they came out.
The N73 has both options installed as standard amongst the editing tools:

Hobbs browsing i mainly do using my n95 and if i need to use it on the v3x then i use opera mini so no real issue there but i mainly use the 3g connection for my pc internet connection lol gprs just doesn't cut it in that respect and dont like using n95 for that because it doesn't charge via usb like the v3x does.checked it out kryp you right those things are selling at crazy prices, some dude got his jam at R5000!oh well it's ok my best friend has it(fair swop on the n70) so i can always buy it from him if i want,he thinks it's worth a grand lol.

i bought one from a guy up the coast, used it for a while, couldn't part from my beloved symbian OS so i ended up selling it on BOB via my brother's trading account. Made quite a good profit too which ended up being plowed into the purchase of 6230 for my niece

Hey guys. Haven't posted here in a really long time. Been extremely busy. The iStore opened up at gateway this weekend and they were running a few specials. Lucky me won a 50% discount so I bought a macbook (laptop). Best decision I've ever made in my life. Mac OSX is simply years ahead of windows. Everything runs extremely smooth. Go over to Apples website and check out some of their stuff. Seriously awesome. Bluetooth works well and I'm using my bluetooth modem to connect and post on the forum. Hopefully I can post a lot more and even get a special mention on the front page (brix are u listening). @HOBBS: I read a couple of posts back that u were having second thoughts about your p990. I think u shouldn't pay much attention to the guys in the p990 post. Most of it is absolute rubbish. My m600i works wonderfully well. It just lacks RAM which the p1i and future SE smartphones fix. BTW if u guys have watched 'The Secret' or read the book, then seriously consider practicing it. I always get a parking space wherever I go and my thoughts manifested a laptop (I actually spent the whole week thinking about winning a discount) I even loaded a picture of the laptop as my cellphone wallpaper. It was a lucky draw in the store but out of 100 people, only 5 won vouchers. Whats even better is my girlfriends dad paid the balance. Positive thinking and thoughts manifest things is the absolute truth. Try it! |

Howzit Jits, nice going there on the lappy, bro
Regarding positive thinking, you're preaching to the choir! I'm a firm believer in A few years ago i was handed a book by John Maxwell... couldn't put it down, and bought a few more. A year later when he visited Jozi i went up to attend a seminar he was presenting on the subject, was lucky enough to be invited to have lunch with the dude and ever since then things haven't quite been the same The great thing is that it doesn't stop there, you don't simply unlearn what you've learnt. Over the next 3 weeks i'll be attending similar seminars by John Kehoe. They're priced at R1950 a pop, but once again fortune smiled and i got an invite to each of them via a South African chap, Robin Banks If you guys have ever played with the idea of exploring that side of your mind, go for it. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.
