No your battery is flat! Change your batteries and it will be OK!
I've had the same problem and I phoned up (just after it was installed) and was asked to change the batteries and bingo it was OK! Although I think when it was installed they should have put NEW batteries in it!

i went to link today to see if he had any t68m as they are free on every network after trade in on any tariif none
hardly anywhere has them

Kev i think you will find it is the batterys. I had the same problem and changing the bats worked great. In fact my remote is playing up again so i need to change the bats again. Ed
