Singapore. In fact, they said they are not launching Xperia T there. So weird. |

Does anyone know what will make the 2H device so much better than Yuga?
What features will it have? I mean, the screen of Yuga should be amazing, it's water/dust resistant, should have a good camera, and has an amazing design.
I know the camera may be improved, and so will the processor, but what about the other things? Will it bring something totally new to smartphones? Also, if the rumours abut PS4 coming 2013 near the end of the year, will it boast extra integration?
Thanks in advance! |

I was talking with some friends today and a couple were interested in the Galaxy Camera, despite its relatively crappy camera for the price. It makes me wonder how serious those rumours about the Xperia K are. I hadn't heard anything about it other than what zomgbbqftw mentioned on NeoGAF... anyone can shed any more light on it? If this rumour were true, it would crush the Galaxy Camera with little effort, but I imagine the price would be a fair bit more. If they could somehow combine Odin/Yuga with the RX100 camera though, I'd gladly toss out $1000 for it.
*crosses fingers*
True mate, but $1000 is too costly for me,but true bang phone |

I'm not kidding. Tipo is a hot seller in Asian/other developing markets, and if Sony Mobile reaches or exceeds 10 million unit sales in Q4 the Tipo will have played a key role.

I really don't know why almost 95% dual SIM phones are entry level, only for china you see some high end dual SIM duo to the fact that you don't see a carrier that has a good value for both calls/sms and data, so most guys in china take the data from one operator and calls/sms from another one...
Something like Xperia U/P level or higher with two SIM cards will be really good in our region as too many have two numbers ( one for work and one personal ) and used to have one high-end ( Android or iPhone ) and one low end ( smart or feature phone ), this in most cases be the work phone... but some already have started to have entry level, mid range smart phone for work also duo to the need of emails and other internet based works...
@HxH, these entry level are very good as a second phone... still better than feature phones... I know some peoples started their smart phone journey with cheap Galaxy Ace or even cheaper... ( and one of them now has Galaxy Note II )

Xperia E with Jelly Bean? That's a joke, while all 2011 Xperia users are stucked with the laggy ICS -at least those who updated their phone-, or remained with the original Gingerdread although all 2011 Xperias have better hardware.
I've checked the RAM usage of running applications on an Xperia Miro, and I can't even understand how it has nearly 100 Mb more available RAM totally (cca. 400 Mb of which cca. 160 used and 240 unused) than my Xperia ray on Gingerbread (cca. 300 Mb of which cca. 160 used and 140 unused).
I think that Sony intentionally made "slightly lower performance" ICS updates for 2011 Xperias, while for example the Miro and J are running it with no problem. And these intentions lead to decide not to upgrade 2011 Xperias to JB, while the Xperia J will get it.
I also think that the succesful numbers of sold phones by Sony are boosted by the 2011 Xperia's sale.

Okay, Thanks for you highly-regard information.
Dual sim once very popular feature in my local, local brands offer to market as main selling point.
Samsung already notice on this feature, they already release
Galaxy Note 2 with dual sim supported for Chinese Market (GSM/CDMA mode)
and Galaxy S duos is most highest spec for dual sim ever seen
In next year, you may see more of dual sim phone from various manufacturers,
I see Qualcomm already update they radio chipset which support dual sim mode
Building on Qualcomm Technologies’ previous quad-core offering, both the MSM8226 and MSM8626 processors are fabricated using the 28nm technology node and will continue to support multi-SIM capabilities with Dual SIM, Dual Standby; and Dual SIM, Dual Active. In addition to quad-core CPU processing power, these chipsets incorporate the new WTR2605 multi-mode radio transceiver, optimized to address China specific requirements such as support for TD-SCDMA, CDMA 1xAdv and HSPA+. The WTR2605 transceiver comes with an integrated, high-performance GPS core with GLONASS and Beidou support. Optimized for low power consumption, the WTR2605 transceiver offers 40 percent power savings and 60 percent smaller footprint compared to previous generations.
