Ya i've been in my own place for about a year, thats me just getting round to buying stuff.
Dundee Uni is supposed to be well good, as is Stirling Uni. Bit far though, unless you're intending on moving to go to uni anyway...

I will be staying in Merseyside probably to keep costs down and Liverpool University has a good reputation as does Liverpool John Moores.
If i was going to leave home i would probably only go as far as maybe Manchester/Leeds.
The UCAS form is a pain
