Sir G_M,
I brought my R380s to Smartnet for repair last Sat (Dec 14). There was no display on the LCD..Today they told me that my phone is irrepairable. They said they don't know exactly what's wrong with the phone, but it is most likely the board. Is there a way to know for sure? The previous week (Dec 7) i also brought the same phone to your office for repair (it had no backlight) and they were kind enough to fix it w/o charge..but sadly the phone broke down a few days after. is it possible that there is a connection? If it is really irrepairable, what will i do then? Is it possible to have the phone replaced, like what happened to my brother's phone (after paying 5,800, i think)? It is hard to accept that a very expensive phone would be worthless after only 2 years:(
Can you please take a look at my case? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

is it fact or fiction: Most of the time Ericsson phones are irrepairable compared to Nokia phones. |

Hindi ba masisira yung phone ko pag pinaiba ko ng housing? And also, meron bang nagpapalit ng backlight ng SE T68i? Another thing is, anu-ano yung mga itsura ng mga housing available sa T68i? |

Smartnet upgrades t68mc for P450.
t68mc is considered a grey market phone. Even if any shop gives it warranty, Ericsson service points dont honor such warranties, as long as it's t68mc. |
