I was jumping off a boat to the bridge and then slipped into the water where I spend about 2 mins and when I got up the phone just vibrated for a while then stopped and when i opened it all was rusty..

no, it's vivaz pro, it's just a prototype version.
my local SE office give them for my forum to "touch and feel" them (X10,X10mini,X10 mini pro, Vivaz and Vivaz pro)
i really love the X10 mini, the touch screen is awesome
