Shkuu, you need a T28 service cable (serial) (cheapest option) for TMS. the USB cable is not supported. Other hardware that is supported can be found on the site www.totalserver.com
It s possible that your R1S is the latest while someone else in another region may have a later fw version available to them via SEUS. They are not all updated at the same time unfortunately.

No. If you want to do that you have to use drmp.exe (Digital Rights Management Packager) from SE.
